​Green paratha – A nutritious and tasty paratha prepared using fenugreek (میتھی) or spinach (پالک), wheat flour and other spices. It is very easy task, just requires fenugreek paste using  with flour, kneading dough and frying paratha in a normal way. No stuffing, no mess, just simple, easy and healthy. That’s not all! onion, garlic, and chilliz are used that they make it so tasty and rich. It can compete the taste of stuffed paratha.

Here’s the recipe!

Ingredients:

1 bunch Fenugreek (میتھی)
3 cups wheat flour (گندم کا آٹا)
½ cups gramflour (بیسن)
1 large onion
4 to 5 cloves garlic
4 to 5 green chili
salt,red chilli powder (to taste)
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
water As required

Method:

Grind fenugreek, onion, garlic, green chilis together with some water. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder in it. Take a large size bowl and mix wheat flour, gram flour and fenugreek paste and make a dough. Set it aside for 1 to 2 hours. Make parathas. Njoy! ☺
