Here’s the simple recipe!
4,5 green cardamoms
1 glass of water
Clean and peel the carrots. Cut in ½ inch slices.
Put them in a wide pot along with sugar, water and cardamoms. Boil them for 2 minutes only, turn off the heat, cover with lid and soak them for 2 hours.
After 2 hours cook it on low to medium flame till carrots cook well and syrup turns thick.
To preserve it for a longer period cook the syrup till it turns very thick.
Gajar ka muraba is ready to eat. Njoy!
