Homemade Mango Ice Cream using Olper’s Cream.
Make this fresh flavored mango ice cream without an ice cream maker, all you need is mangoes, milk and best quality cream.

This is the easy way to make a creamy ice cream without an ice cream maker! It’s really creamy and scoopable like you buy in ice cream bars. Use less mangoes to make your ice cream creamy and fluffy. The more mango you added the less creamy it gets. So getting the best mango flavour in the ice cream is dependent on using riped juicy mangoes with best flavor.
Here’s the easiest recipe!
400ml or 2 packs of Olper’s Cream (chilled/ freeze for 2 hours)
3 cups of fat milk
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
3 riped medium size mangoes
1 tsp vanilla extract
few drops of yellow food color
In a sauce pan heat milk, add sugar, let it boil.
In the meantime dissolve cornflour in some cold milk, put in the boiling milk to make it thickens.
Cook for more 2 minutes and let it cool.
Cut the mangoes in small chunks using a spoon. Blend them nicely and keep them in refrigerator.
Add Olper’s Cream in a clean, dry bowl. Make sure cream is chilled. Freeeze it for 2 hours atleast. Beat the cream for 10 to 15 minutes to whipped it. It will gets double in the volumn.
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and beat some more.
Add milk and mango pulp, Mix very well by folding in the cream. Add few drops of yellow food color to give it a fresh color.
Put in an airtyt box and freeze for 12 hours. To prevent the ice cream from forming ice crystals, mix the ice cream in between the freezing period.
