Double Meat Kababs!
Double meat kababs with green raita – Taste of beef with low fat #chicken in a delicious double maza!!
Here is the recipe..
½ kg chicken mince
½ kg beef mince
1 large size onion (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
4,5 green chillis (chopped)
½ bunch corriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp corriander seeds
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup gram flour (chickpea flour)
Cooking oil for frying
In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Put in the food precessor, blend for some seconds so that it will combine completely.
Make thin kababs, Heat tawa put 2 tbsp oil and fry kababs.
