One Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta with Olper’s Cream!

Pasta in creamy white sauce is very messy and tiresome job for me. So many pots and pans are there for wash that is very exhausting workout as well. So I decided to make creamy pasta in just one pot. Same outcome, less messy!

A delicious, easy to make pasta meal for the whole family is no more messy now! 
Put some Olper’s Cream to make it extra creamy and yummy. Its #Osospecial thicker consistancy makes the sauce more creamy and thick and helps the pasta to stick with white sauce.

Here’s the recipe.. 


For Macroni:

1 pack macroni (any shape)
Boiling Water
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
For Chicken Merinade:
½ kg boneless chicken (cut in strips)
½ cup yogurt
2 tbsp green chilli paaste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed chilli 
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp oreganu
For Gravey and Sauce:
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size red onion (sliced)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp flour
½ kg milk or chicken stock or water
1 cup Olper’s Cream


Boil water, put macroni in it along with cooking oil and salt. Let it cook for 5 to 9 minutes on medium heat. Check it by tasting, drain it and keep it a side.

In a mixing bowl add chicken strips along with yogurt, green chilli paste, salt, crushed red chilli, black pepper powder and oreganu. Mix it well and keep it a side.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Add red onions and fry for a minute then add ginger garlic paste and give it a fry. Add flour and bhoonify to feel aroma. Then put marinated chicken and bhoonify well on medium heat. Add milk or chicken stock, cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add Olper’s Cream and mix well. In the end add boiled macroni and mix softly sprinkle some chadder cheese. Its ready to serve!
