Citizens of Pakistan knows how annoying it is to get your car out on low fuel, only to know at pump it is not a CNG day. Basit Saeed, a developer from Pakistan addressed this issue by providing Android smart phone users an app.
Basit is eager to get this app on all major smartphone platforms. “I paid special attention to UI and User Experience of the app. Most of the primary features are easily accessible and self-explanatory in terms of functionality. I will be putting up FuelUp on other platforms, too. Just wait a little while before it is available on major mobile OSes”
FuelUp requires Internet and a first time registration. “Available” or “Unavailable” indicates whether it is a CNG day in the city you mentioned when you registered to the app. In case if data is not available, app will state “Data Unavailable” in grey.
For now, FuelUp doesn’t display complete schedule of CNG in cities but that option might not be far from becoming a part of this app.
With FuelUp, you can locate nearby fuel stations in a jiffy. App also give you the ability to customize the search based on search radius.
FuelUp is able to run on any Android based smartphone or tablet that has Android version 4.0 and above.
Your suggestions, feedback and comments are welcomed. Thank you!
